 Many thanks to those who did but we reckon that there are still quite a lot of our regular readers who have not yet done so and we do not wish to lose you!
The way to continue receiving this eNewsletter after 25th May is to visit the Village website home page minstead.org.uk and fill in the form at the bottom of the page where it says “sign up for the PC weekly eNewsletter”.  The subsequent steps are pretty straightforward but if you are not sure you can follow them through on the instructions by clicking here.
You will know you have been successful when you receive an email confirming you have signed in.
Minstead Parish Council will use the information you provide to be in touch with you only to provide Newsletters, Updates and information of community interest.

MINSTEAD OIL

The next Minstead Oil orders will go in on Wednesday 16th May for those who have advised Mike Hutton of their needs by 9am on that day.  Participants are reminded that, over the summer, Oil orders only go in every TWO months so the next will be July 18th followed by September 19th.

Thereafter every month through the winter months.

ALL SAINTS CHURCH

It has just been announced that the new Priest-in-charge for the Benefice will be Rev. David Potterton.  Currently Assistant Curate at Romsey Abbey, he will take up the post here during August and will be moving with his wife Ann into the vicarage in Forest Gardens, Lyndhurst.  As well as All Saints’, Minstead; he will look after Christ Church, Emery Down and St Michael’s, Lyndhurst.

LITTER PICK – FRIDAY 25TH MAY

The next quarterly litterpick is scheduled for Friday 25th May. We will meet at 10am in Andrews Mare car park and cover the area from the A31 cattle grid down to the Newtown Crossroads. It should take approximately 1.5 hours and McDonalds will provide all rubbish bags and picking sticks. Lyndhurst Catholic Church’s 8th Annual Plant and Cake Sale

At Dunelm, Silver Street, Emery Down, Lyndhurst, SO43 7DX

Saturday 12 May 10 am – 12 pm

Lots of flowering and vegetable plants plus a superb cake stall, tombola and garden bric-à-brac.

Entrance £2 includes tea/coffee and cake.

All proceeds to CAFOD’s work in Ethiopia.

ROYAL WEDDING 19TH MAY 2018

The Chairman of Bramshaw Village Hall Trustees would like all members of Minstead to know that they will be showing the Royal Wedding on May 19th on their large screen at the village hall.

Tickets are £5 per person with children under 10 free and the price includes lunch.

Tickets are available from Bramshaw Village Stores.
