JUNIOR MINSTEAD’S 40TH ANNUAL PANTOMIME
Many, many congratulations are due to everyone involved in this year’s stunning 40th Production, Charlie and the Confectionery Factory!
The amazing mix of Wonka-wizardry with Minstead characters and a bit of spicy India accompanied by the fantastic One Confection band resulted in one of the most memorable Junior Minstead pantomimes yet!
Keep an eye on the village website for photos and further information.
All parents of children in the Village interested in Junior Minstead are welcome to attend the AGM at 8pm on Wednesday 26th April in the Village Hall Green Room.
ANNUAL LITTER PICK SAT 1ST APRIL
A further request for support for the Annual Minstead Litter pick to clear the rubbish deposited by others along our roads and lanes!
If you would like to take part please inform Helen Bennett on 8081 2358 or by Email at helen.bennett160@yahoo.com. She will work out who does what.
The main effort will be from 10am to 12 noon on Saturday 1st April but if you would prefer another time that will be fine. Bags and litter pickers will be available outside the shop on the day or from Helen.
ALL SAINTS CHURCH

Events for Holy week and Easter at All Saints’ Church, Minstead will be:
Sunday April 9th (Palm Sunday)
4.30 pm on the village green – meet Holly the Donkey, follow her up to church. Enjoy a dramatised reading followed by tea and cake.
6pm – Evensong with Holy Communion.
Wednesday April 12th
7pm Benefice Compline. A half hour contemplative service specially for the evening.
Thursday April 13th (Maundy Thursday).
11am – Minstead Training Trust Easter Service.
7pm – Benefice Holy Communion. The format of this service could be an informal shared hot meal at tables in the transept; watch for more info nearer the time.
Friday April 14th (Good Friday) 2pm
Devotional Hour. Readings, prayers and music for this most sacred time of the Christian year.
Sunday April 16th (Easter Day)
9.30am – Family Communion plus a dramatised reading and an Easter Egg Hunt. Celebrate with us; something for everyone!
