There’s Half Term Craft Fun at Furzey Gardens Bug Barn.
To celebrate the Pearl Anniversary of Furzey Gardens sister charity, Minstead Training Trust, the Half Term Fun Crafts activities at the Gardens will also have a Pearl theme!
Children can enjoy Oyster Shell Craft where they varnish a real oyster shell, add tissue paper and add their own ‘pearl’ bead. They can also make Eggbox Oysters and Peg ‘Pearls’.
The sessions run from 10.30am to 2.30pm every day from Monday 15th – Friday 19th February. Cost £2.50 per child which includes a drink & biscuit, and adult supervision is required. Normal garden entrance applies but there is no need to pre-book. Tickets available each day from the Furzey Gallery Gift and Coffee Shop. Money raised from the activity will support the Pearl Appeal.
