On the Green sponsored by the Parish Council in conjunction with the Village Shop and the Trusty Servant in aid of the Church, Junior Minstead and Help for Heroes.

All help will be most welcome to put up the various tents, gazebos, stands etc on the day from 9.30am, and also to take everything down from about 4pm.

Please let Steve Cattell know on 023 8081 3574 if you are available.

Also, do tell him if you are prepared to help out during the day on a stall or with one of the games.

All bottles for the bottle stall should be handed in to the Shop.

Books for the book stall should be delivered to Polly and Robert Osborne at Curtle Cottage.
