WOW (Women on Wednesday) AT MINSTEAD WALK WED 13TH AUGUST

On Wednesday 13th August there will be a walk led by Jackie Poulson (a Forest Ranger) followed by a pub supper.

 VILLAGE ANNUAL FETE AND BEER FESTIVAL SAT 16TH AUGUST

The annual Fete and Trusty Beer Festival is coming up in less than 4 weeks so keep your diaries clear for a bumper day out!

Donations of cakes to the tea tent are always welcome and details of the Great Minstead Bake Off will follow next week.

Donations of bottles/prizes for the Tombola should be left at the shop or delivered to Alison McGhee at Cauldrons Bull Lane – Sue Nicholson would like cakes for the tea tent delivered to her on the Friday at Dunbridge Cottage or on the morning at the tea tent.

MINSTEAD SOCIAL CLUB TREASURE HUNT SUN 31ST AUGUST

Follow the clues around Minstead Village along a route that takes an hour to an hour and a half.

Entry £1 per person for good fun for the whole family.

Register from 2pm, treasure hunt starts at 3pm, BBQ to follow from 5pm.

Prize presentation at 5.30pm for the winning three teams for both adults and children.

   COPYTHORNE AMATEUR THEATRICAL SOCIETY FRI 5TH SEPT

There will be a joint Autumn Tones concert of music from a by-gone era given by the theatrical society and the Lockerley Silver Band at Copythorne Village Hall on Friday 5th September  at 7 30 pm. Tickets cost £5 and can be reserved by phoning Sandra Dovey on 023 8081 3415.

What can you do with it?     What can it do for you?

Individual tuition, one hour a week.

Because we use one-to-one learning, your course teaches the things that you want to learn at the speed that you are comfortable with. You can bring your own machine.

The courses run on Thursdays throughout the year in Lyndhurst library. There are vacancies on the register now!
