MINSTEAD SHOP AT CHRISTMAS
Just a note from the shop to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and let you know the shop opening times over the holiday period:
Tuesday 24th 8am – 4pm approx
Wednesday 25th Closed
Thursday 26th Closed
Friday 27th 8 30am -11 30 am approx.
Saturday/Sunday 28th/29th normal hours.
Wednesday 1st Jan Closed.
Please also note that, like last year, during January, February and most of March the shop will shut at 4pm.
Finally I would just very much like to thank all those of you who support the shop throughout the year. I really do appreciate it and, trust me, it wouldn’t be the same without you!

MINSTEAD PLAYERS CHAIRTY COLLECTION
A very big ‘thank you’ to all those who came to the Minstead players production in November for their generous donation of £79.22 to Children in Need.

Come and join your Minstead friends for a festive get together in the Trusty Servant, crackers and festive atmosphere provided. From 1230 at £6 as normal.

The Social Club Christmas draw will be held at 9pm on Saturday 21st December and will be followed by carols round the piano.

MUKINGE GIANT CHRISTMAS CARD in All Saints church
Send Christmas greetings to all your local friends by writing one of the small Christmas cards provided and pinning it up on the giant card. Donate the money you have saved by putting it in one of the envelopes provided and then into the donations box in the porch. It will go towards Mukinge Hospital in Zambia.
ALL SAINTS CHRISTMAS TREE
In addition to the Mukinge giant card, all are invited to share the remembrance of a loved one at Christmas by filling in a name tag which will be used as part of the tree decorations from 4pm Sunday 22nd Dec until Twelfth Night.
You’re welcome to do this whenever you are passing and the church is open. Blank tags are in a box on the front left pew in the nave.
TRUSTY SERVANT CORNER
Tuesday 17th December 1230hrs – Festive Village Lunch, come and join your Minstead friends for a festive get together, crackers and festive atmosphere provided. Village Lunch at £6 as normal.
Wednesday 18th December – Christmas Quiz, come and have some festive quiz fun at the Trusty on Wednesday the 18th starting at 8.30pm.
Saturday 21st December – “Carols at the Trusty” at 6pm, Mulled wine and mince pies provided by the Trusty, and
Father Christmas will visit the Trusty Servant after Carols, parents please drop off presents for the children to the Trusty before 6pm on the 21st, make sure presents are clearly labelled with the child’s name and there will be a maximum price limit of £10 on all gifts.
There will also be a children’s entertainer at the Trusty from 5pm doing magic, balloons and festive fun and games for the kids.

Christmas Eve – 11.30am – 11pm
Christmas Day – 12pm – 4pm
Boxing Day – 11.30am – 4pm
All other days open as normal.
New Years Eve – New Years Eve will be party night at The Trusty. We will be running our normal menu along with some special specials on the board and then at 9.30pm we will be getting the party started with Superstar DJ Ben Franco, who will singing and playing some great tunes to see in the New Year. No entry fee but booking is highly recommended if you want to dine with us.
