SHEDS AND OUTBUILDINGS
Over the last month there has been an increase in the number of sheds and other outbuildings that have been broken into in our area and on many occasions several thousands of pounds worth of garden machinery and tools have been stolen. The latest theft took place in Copythorne where over £1,500 worth of equipment was stolen, including a leaf blower, strimmer and chain saw.
Our local Police advise us strongly to ensure our sheds and outbuildings are as secure as possible. Covert CCTV system, alarmed padlocks and other suggestions are included in the this leaflet 25505_op_nemesis_shed_leaflet.
And remember please report anyone you see acting suspiciously in your area to the Police immediately.
ALL SAINTS CHURCH
See all-saints-notices-27th-november-2016 for services and events and click here for more information about All Saints and the Benefice.
Members of Junior Minstead helped with the Five Candles Service in church this morning and did really well in their various roles: readings, prayers, candle bearers and attendants. Many thanks to Wendy who did a super job of organising them both in rehearsal yesterday and the real thing today and to Pauline who distributed Celebration chocolates. It was a lovely morning.
Front row Evie, Olive and Edith.
Second row Joseph, Alexander, Meagan and Stanley.
Third row Lucy and Thomas
Back row Ruby, Ben, Charlotte and Grace
