- Assisting with setting up and/or running a stall – we are especially keen to find someone to run the Tombola!

SUMMER PICNIC AT MINSTEAD MANOR
Sunday 18th August 2019
Gates Open at 1.30pm, music begins at 2.30pm
Bring your picnic and picnicking equipment (small gazebos only) to Minstead Manor and enjoy an afternoon through to early evening of music performed by local singers and musicians whilst relaxing in the beautiful Manor gardens and taking in the stunning surrounding views.
Proceeds will be donated to the Minstead Community Shop Fund and Teen Challenge, an outreach support project for young people.
£12 per ticket (limited number available) from the Trusty Servant (tbc) and Minstead Social Club.
Please note:
- Children. This event may not be suitable for very young children. Any children brought to the venue are the responsibility of parents/carers – there is a steep incline (a “ha-ha”) at the site.
- Parking. Parking is available but may be limited so car share/get dropped off where you can.
- Disabled access is available but will be on grass!
- Entrance to the Manor only from Lyndhurst Road on private road next to North Lodge (SO43 7FY). Strictly NO ACCESS WHATSOEVER from the C17 Stoney Cross road.
- In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather a full refund will be given upon returning tickets to the original place of purchase, unless you wish to donate to the above causes!
