ANNUAL PARISH ASSEMBLY WED 16TH MARCH
Everyone is invited to attend the Parish Annual Assembly in the Village Hall (Green Room) at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16th March. This is an opportunity to hear about the work of your Parish Council over the last 12 months and also to get an update from our District and County Councillors. There will be an opportunity to discuss what you want from your Parish Council and what it can actually do!
Please join us for Bread & Cheese after the meeting. The Bar will be open.

MINSTEAD PLAYERS, PLAY READING,TUES 29TH MARCH 2016

We are looking for plays to perform in November 2016 so join us for drinks, nibbles and a good laugh whilst we read potential plays. WANTED – FLOWER ARRANGERS FOR MINSTEAD CHURCH
Do you like using fresh flowers and plants to decorate your home? If so would you be interested in doing the same in the church? We like to have fresh flowers and flowering plants in the church. Can you help us to ensure that there are always fresh flowers in the church. We change the flowers on a weekly basis. There is a rota system and you would work with an existing flower arranger.

MINSTEAD OIL
Orders for Oil received by 9am on Wednesday next, 16th March, will be placed that day but delivery MAY not be before Easter. Order dates for the future will be bi-monthly until September i.e. 18th May, 20th July and 21st September and monthly thereafter.
RUBBISH COLLECTION OVER EASTER
There will be no changes to refuse, recycling or glass collections over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend
ROGUE TRADERS
Reports have been made recently to Police of rogue traders in the area asking to do tree work. There have been reports made over last weekend of people being approached by cold callers with reference to doing tree work at their properties.
If you have any similar experiences please make contact with Trading Standards, with any details of persons or vehicles that call at your address. They can be contacted on 01962 833620.
Any suspicious activities or persons in the area please report via 101 for Police attention.
