MINSTEAD OIL
December oil requests (minsteadoil@gmail.com) must be made by 9am on Wednesday 3rd December so that delivery can be assured by Christmas. Please indicate with your request if you are prepared to accept the best price Mike Hutton can get. He will be sending a separate message giving order dates for 2015 but January’s orders must be placed by 9am on Wednesday 14th January 2015.
COPYTHORNE PANTOMIME SAT 6TH & SUN 7TH DEC
Copythorne Amateur Theatrical Society (CATS) will present an upbeat version of Jack and the Beanstalk on Saturday 6th December at 2 30 and 7 30 pm, and Sunday 7th December at 2 30 pm at Copythorne Parish Hall. Tickets are £5 for adults, £4 for under-16s, or £15 for a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) and are available from Bartley Post Office, Bramshaw Stores or Landford Village Stores, or you can phone the box office on 023 023 8081 3415 or visit the website www.copythornecats.com to reserve tickets.
CRACKING CHRISTMAS CANAPÉS
Saturday 6th December 2-5 pm at the Study Centre
Join us for an afternoon of Christmas Canapés at Minstead Study Centre!
Jan Hoy is a master at making and inventing canapés of all types, shapes, & sizes. (Sometimes involving varied and unheard of ingredients)
Making Canapés can be extremely time consuming, but Jan has devised ingenious time saving ways to prepare them.
She will demonstrate her technique & even let you taste the result!

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS 2015
A further reminder that our Clerk (Mrs Polly Osborne 023 8081 2375 clerk@minstead.gov.uk) has received information/publicity for parents of children approaching school age. She has some Starting School information cards (to give out) plus a reference copy of the brochure or parents can look online: www.hants.gov.uk/admissions.
Parents need to apply for a school place – deadline 15 January 2015.

NFDC PARKING CLOCKS FOR 2015 NOW AVAILABLE
Annual short stay clocks (1 January – 31 December 2015) are now available and the cost remains at £20. They can be purchased online at newforest.gov.uk/parkingclock, by phoning customer services on 023 8028 5000 or by visiting:

LYNDHURST CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
On the 27th November Lyndhurst Christmas lights will be switched on by Simon Clark of Wave 105 at 7pm. There will be late night shopping on the High St and music.
FATHER CHRISTMAS TO VISIT MINSTEAD!
Saturday 20th December between 6 and 8 pm depending on snow conditions and reindeer performance on the day.
There will be carols, mince pies and possibly even some presents!
