RAGWORT PULL 22ND JULY

A further reminder to ask for help in pulling ragwort later this week.  It is proposed that those who wish to help do so between 4 and 6pm on Friday 22nd July or at another time of your choosing and then retire to the Social Club for a drink afterwards from 6.30pm (first drink on the PC!)

Bags can be collected from outside the Social Club.  A small fork may help, do remember to wear gloves and return full bags to the Social Club.

If you want to take part we suggest you clear in the vicinity of your home.  Please let us know by email (minsteadpc@googlemail.com) or phone our Clerk on 8081 2375 so that Parish Councillors can cover the remaining areas.

VILLAGE FETE

All help with the Village Fete on Saturday 13th August will be most welcome. If you can lend a hand setting up stalls, helping with a stall during the day and dismantling that would be fantastic!

Please let Steve Cattell know what you are able to do at steve_cattell@hotmail.com, tel 8081 3574

If you have any books for the book stall please give these Steve (2 Congleton Close).

All proceeds will go to the Minstead Defibrillator Fund and the Church.
